Anthony Spaetzel
Manager of Public Affairs
Anthony Spaetzel joined the Capitol Partners team in December of 2024, serving as the firms Manager of Public Affairs.
Anthony began his career in Ohio state politics, managing campaigns for both the House and Senate. He then transitioned to the United States House of Representatives and served as a Field Representative and Political Director for Congressman Brad Wenstrup. As both a political strategist and congressional staffer, Anthony has cultivated an in-depth understanding of Ohio’s political landscape and governmental processes. Anthony specializes in fostering connections between elected officials, business leaders, and the public, driving collaboration and meaningful engagement to achieve impactful outcomes.
Before joining Capitol Partners, Anthony worked closely with local and state leaders across Ohio, facilitating collaboration between elected officials, business leaders, and community organizations. His focus on meaningful engagement and pragmatic problem-solving has helped bridge the gap between government and the private sector, creating positive outcomes on both policy and reputation fronts.
At Capitol Partners, Anthony drives initiatives that strengthen the firm’s client relationships and public positioning—aligning communications, strategy, and advocacy to deliver measurable impact.
Anthony earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ohio University. Originally from Cleveland, he now resides in the Cincinnati area.
